Hey, I just got done ordering a couple of new t's from Swifty. While I was parusing the price list, I came across a new Cyclosternum species for sale. Cyclosternum gaujoni and it is being called Ecuadorian Green. However, there isn't currently a picture of this on the website, and I haven't been able to find any info on it either. Does anyone know anything about this. How bout you Conipto?

here you go.. I've found it at e-spiderworld.com
A new species from Ecuador with dark legs and a greenish tint to the carapace. Though this is a burrowing species they can be kept on a thin layer of substrate with a retreat and a water bowl. Not a large species, growing only to 4" or 5" but will likely live 10 to 15 years.

don't know about that specific spider, but i have a Cyclosternum sp? (cobalt redrump) at home, and it's super easy to care for.
i give it peat for substrate... give it a hide.... a water bowl... it's all good!
mine deals w/ pretty average humidity... and burrows rarely.
actually... she's out in the open 99% of the time....

cool spiders....

From what I understand, James, is that Chromatapelma cyanopubescens, will actually be changed to Cyclosternum.
Ask Joy. I think she is the one that I have seen post that a couple of times in resoponse to mine and others questions.

Thanks. Thats a start at least. I'm hoping to find out if it has any of the tiger markings that fascitum has.
