1) How long can I leave my crickets alone? We're going to our country house for easter for 7 days. Will they make it? Any tips?
2) I recently run out of adults so I had to order some new. But the new ones seem to be a dif. species (they're a lot bigger). When the pinheads of the old ones get biger, will it be safe to put them with the new ones????

Thanks

As long as they have food and water, they should be fine while you're gone, but be aware that adult crickets only live a couple weeks after reaching maturity.

The size difference you're seeing may be related to varying diets or temperatures. Well fed crickets kept at warm temps will end up being larger than those kept cooler and fed less (or a less nutritious diet). Probably it's safe to put them together.
