is don't mix baby food with your CGD or use baby food at all, at is is known to be an unhealthy diet for Cresties (you will find a lot of "old school" literature talking about baby food but it is just that~ old school and severely out dated). You shouldn't have to mix anything with the CGD, as is it a Complete Gecko Diet.
You can offer insects~ my Cresties like crickets, they tend go for the insects that move around a lot (generally not foods like meal worms or silkies) and/or fresh fruit purees as a treat. You could also carve anther foam piece and elevate the CGD like you did the water dish (I use the magnetic dishes in mine and like them a lot; they are pretty much the same in concept). Your set up looks good!
I use fine cut coconut mulch for substrate in my geckos tanks if you are interested in that bit of info. It doesn't really make a difference for spot cleaning, since Cresties crap all over the place indiscriminately but it looks nice.
