A good forum for cresteds is the MorphMarket Reptile Community. It's not all about cresties but there's a few users on there who keep them and have excellent information. Most of the information here is good too. An 18x18x24 is good for 2-4 geckos (no more than 1 male) depending on their behavior and how it is set up. Live plants is essentially a requirement because they increase humidity and add more surface area for hiding and drinking water. I would recommend adding springtails and dwarf white isopods. They can clean up any poop that you miss or can't get to and they prevent mold (which I've had problems with before). It's good to give them access to a pangea food mix 24/7 and give them 3-5 crickets/dubias about every 3 days. I sometimes give mine pieces of banana for variety. A drainage layer isn't a requirement but depending what substrate you use it can be very helpful. If you use chips I would add a drainage layer because they don't absorb water. If you use an ABG mix, loose substrate, or coconut fibre then it's not a requirement. 67* to 80* is a good range but I would try to keep it around 72*-76*. 80* is the max temperature and if they are kept at that temperature for too long then it can be fatal.
