So I managed to mate my C. femoralis female and she started laying eggs. Now what? Sorry for the bad image, couldn't get anything better in the confusion. WhatsApp Image 2025-01-10 at 06.59.40.jpeg

Hello,
from what I know the eggs take 1-2 years until they hatch, and you need to simulate a dry- and rainy season akin to their natural habitat in Cameroon to make the eggs hatch. Then you‘ll likely want to rear up the nymhs seperately and feed them well.

Best regards
