I can't find a sub/juv only slings, pretty expensive £15-20
 You don't know what expensive is until you look at American stores. The cheapest I've seen them here is $40 USD or just under £30. Those are sold out. Another store currently has some in stock, a 1.2cm specimen for $85/£63.

Guys with my Cobalt blue how often should i spray the substrate?. Should it always be moist or do i let it dry out and then dampen it again?. what about keeping one half of the enclosure damp or should i wet the whole cage?.

As Asian burrower it should have moist substrate, you shouldn't let it dry completely.
But you don't have to spray it every day, you will see by its color when it starts to dry out.

Well i tried to get a refund on that ridiculous tank but the shop wouldn't. Rehoused my fireleg tarantula, I'm sure she will be fine now. I will post some good photos once she has settled in :). Got a Juvenile Greenbottle blue coming tomorrow i'm so excited :)

For the cobalt, just get a deep plastic tub. And fill it with moist dirt. Overflow water dish as needed to maintain humidity. Poke plenty of cross ventilation.

Sorry they wouldn't refund you, especially considering they steered -you- wrong in the first place but hey-- that's the "beauty" of capitalism right? "You need this..." No. You really don't.

Venom's right though. Having a clear enclosure for this tarantula is practically pointless because of how often they hide out in their burrow. A plastic storage container will do just fine, and will also cut down on weight. The weight of glass plus a ton of dirt is sizable. The plastic will be more durable and light-weight.

Do you even lift?o_O

Really though, weight of cage is almost never in my considerations, but I suppose it could be in others.

Ah, sorry..

Guess you're not much for deadlifting fossorial tanks then.
Haha, no, not if I can help it. Just consider me like a very young-looking grandmother. Because my 83 year old adopted father and I can both tell when it's going to rain and both complain about low-chairs being "darn hard to get out of."

Just poked about 5 holes on each side of the cobalt blues tank. just above the substrate. The tank has a good ventilated lid also. I do worry about mold tho. should the side ventilation help with dreaded mold?

That's the idea of cross ventilation. To ensure air always has easy access to all parts of the cage.

If you have several heavy enclosures on the same table or shelf, you have to consider their total weight.
