In my defense, it was at first glance & the new sets of photos the op posted looks like a H.lividum that needs a molt.

Hmmm, I only just noticed the 2nd set of pictures now, and in those it looks much more like a lividum, in bad need of a molt. I agree with the wait and see, and just enjoy the spider, it's a nice looking spider regardless.
