Chinese blue leg...Otostigmus scaber ???

i got this guys arround two weeks..i orginal from southern china..i sure its not
the scolopendra..i GUSS its should be Otostigmus scaber..any idea???
i love its blue colour ring legs very much and a pair very long terminal leg, and
it should arround 10~12cm in length.

there's really nothing amazing about it, just simple keys
(i've translated Attems (1932 Scolopendromorpha) keys and added some (Shelley,Schileyko,Jui-Lung Chao) to make it up-to-date.
