I am so confused. Are C. dyscolus and C. dyscolus blue different species? Google shows C. dyscolus being jet black. Is C. vietnam blue the same as C. dyscolus blue?

I think C. sp. 'vietnam blue' is C. dyscolus 'blue'. Its just a different locality and color variant of dyscolus.

You can't trust Google, and you can't trust images in general. I can make my A geroldi appear black or blue.

I will refrain from providing info it may be inaccurate.

@EulersK should have some info

Although I love Chilobrachys spp., I haven't kept either species. Anything from that genus is #1 on my list for the upcoming expo, I'm hoping for some new finds.

My C. dyscolus sp. blue is a sling, although it is entirely black at the moment I am expecting it to have a blue colour when it's larger, unfortunately I don't own C. dyscolus, but is a different sp.
C. dyscolus sp. blue, and C. Vietnam blue are the same species, maybe from different localities as @KezyGLA said.
