How to: Change Your Username

Once you have purchased the Name Change upgrade (or either of our Arachnosupporter upgrades) it's actually really simple to request your new username

• Click here.
• Type in your current password.
• Type in the new username you would like.
• Type in the reason you would like to change your username.
• Click the "Request Name Change" button.
• Wait for the name change to be approved/denied.

Once you click the "Request Name Change" button, your request will go into a queue for an administrator to approve or deny. You will receive a notification once a decision has been made.

Hi there,

Thanks for the tutorial. Unfortunately when I click the "click here" spot above, I get an error message. Could you help? I might be doing something wrong on my end!

Just wanted to change my username since this is outdated and uses my former last name.

The link only works for arachnosupporters or users who have purchased the Name Change upgrade as stated in the tutorial.
