Hello! I found this centipede under a rock at night, Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.

I still don't know much about centipedes, I'd say it looks like a Scolopendra, but I don't know.

Also, for my Ecology homework I'm doing a symbiosis project, and I was wondering if there's any interesting kind of symbiotic relationship which includes centipedes. Is there any? Thanks :)

It is not Scolopendra sp. May be otostigmus or rysida sp.

Wait for experts. Mexico is a very difficult country to ID pedes.

It looks (superficially) like Rhysida celeris andina, but I'm certainly no expert.
