Based on the lack of grizzled setae and tufts of red setae on the metatarsi/tarsi it looks very Avic. avic. to me... The coloration perhaps is misleading... Also juruensis is not a native to Guyana so would be quite a rarity to come in on import.Beautiful! You have been very helpful with ID opinions in the past. I posted on AB in the Avicularia genus forum two pics of what was labeled Avicularia avicularia M6 imported from Guyana, but it sure likes like A. juruensis M1 being a a mature male around 6.5" DSL with the greenish-gold femurs and carapace. I hope you can take a look and give your opinion on that. Thank you very much.
Do you have any pre mature or pen ultimate photos by chance? Those are always more telling than when mature... Eitherway if specimen is on hand, measure Leg I and Leg IV. If those sets of legs are the same length, it's not Avicularia avicularia. If Leg IV is 10% longer than Leg I then its not Avicularia juruensis...
