It's cool to see them grow! :D
Just wondering: at what size dit it start to change color?
I'm asking this because i recently bought an a. versicolor sling, and i'm thinking it might be a. laeta. It's a little over an inch right now, and it already changed color quite alot after last molt! i think it's a bit soon for a. versicolor...
this is her right now:

hmmm ,that looks odd
looks like a male laeta
it took mine around 1.5"-2" for it to change from blue to gold.
Hope this helps,

In this pic it's a little over an inch, maybe 1,5 inch, so i guess it is in fact an a. laeta, in the process of changing color. I'll just have to wait and see what happens next molt! ;)

Thanx for the info, and good look with your cool T!

why do you say that???
because it's my humble opinion! =;-)

... way too fat ... way too heavy => the danger that she hurts herselve when seh drops ... because of it's weight the opisthosoma pulls always down ... wouldn't also exclude, that this almost bursting opisthosoma might bring trouble during molting ...

just my humble opinion!
