Any chance of a better picture?

While it does indeed look like L. hesperus we can probably sex it and be more sure of the ID with a clearer picture...

I should have some more pictures tomorrow. She has that enclosure pretty webbed up.

I thought it looked like it had bulbous palps too, why I asked for clearer pics...

The pictures will tell the story.

That sounds like an adult male to me. As an adult, the palps are much different than the one in link, although still bulbous. Don't forgot the linked spider is a subadult, as yours was prior to molt (if in fact a male).

Any 'facial' images or better view of palps to be sure?
