I recently purchased a centipede from Underground Reptiles. It was advertised as a Egyptian Rainbow Centipede or Scolopendra Cingulata. Is what they gave me really what they said it was?

You have a very pretty cingulata! I was browsing for my next pede on UGR and considered this one, then it mysteriously sold out one day lol. Hope you enjoy them! once again very pretty little friend

Def a cingulata. You got lucky as UGR and Backwater are notorious for sending out sick and injured animals. They sent a friend of mine a phrynus with 2 legs. If you like centipedes and inverts try places like Ty Dye exotics, Tom Patterson, sellers on the classifieds here are pretty good too
