Can anybody sex my P. regalis?

Does anybody see anything that gives away what sex my 2" P. regalis is? Ive been reading that some of you are pretty good at this, but Im not familiar with pokie vents yet so Im not too sure what Im looking for. These are not the best pictures but maybe someone can see what they need to to come up with a sex for me.

Sorry, I know these pics are not very good but I was having a hard time getting the pictures. I took about 20 and these were the best. I guess I'll have to try again later.

What would I be looking for if it were a female? I keep hearing about a black dot. If it did have a little black dot near the vent what would that mean (not that this one does).

If you at the ventral side of of yout regalis this is what you will see..

Male will look like this.. /.\
Female will look like this.. /_\

Ok, thanks Redneck. That really helps alot. So the black dot I hear about would mean its a male then right. Does any one have an idea at what size it should become visible?

You should be able to tell if its a male or female real easy at 2"..

If you can get better pictures that might help some..

But I dont think anyone here can really say for certain what you have..
As stated the first picture is pretty far away..
The second picture has a glare in the spot we all need to see..

But this is just my opinion.. Someone else that has more experiance than me might be right..

I got another picture of the regalis after he molted. Im pretty sure it a male now.

Also, with pokies, the dot is white, not black.
