Cameroon red baboon tarantulas

Can any one tell me about these, my main questions are what ar the humidity requirements and are they fast growers?

i have 6.
all juvinile.
they grow very fast... in my opinion... i have 2 that were 1/2" in august that are now about 3.5-4"

i keep my humidity a little higher than my other species, but they burrow... i'm talking complex burrows 2 days after they get introduced to a new enclosure.

very cool species though.....
