Does look similar to an arctiid pupa but doesn't seem to be elongated enough to be a H. scribonia. Also, that container lid looks like it belongs to one of those small cups around 2.5 inches across, in which case it's way too small to be H. scribonia or any of the other large "woolly bears."
The shape fits the specimen here https://www.buglifecycle.com/?page_id=3519 but yes it would be good to see a size reference, I can't tell what size deli top that is but it does look like the small tops which would mean the pupa would be pretty small.
