Ok well I'm about to purchase three more tarantulas next week (because I want to have one of each species.

So here are the three I'm going to buy and their sizes

H. Lividum 2"

Guyana Pinktoe (Avicularia avicularia)1.25

Curvedhorn baboon (Ceratogyrus bechuanicus) 1.75"

The only one I need any information on really is the C. bechuanicus.

I read up on it and it says they are

-voracious eaters
-aggressive
-fast
-spiderlings will take a couple large crickets more than once a week.
-dry substrate
-Keep temperatures 75-85 F

Is all this right?

i have a 5" female c.bechuanicus.. and they 're very fascinating.
for mine.. it's not a very voracious eater.
it's known to be aggresive.. but mine isn't as aggresive as it runs half~most of the time.
and yes, they prefer dry substrate.

This doesn't sound right. Wouldn't for any T. Firstly because it's always a bad idea to put large crix in with a small T and secondly because a sling wouldn't even be able to finish a large one in a month. The only thing a sling would need in regards to food is 1-2 cricket babies once a week.
