I'm in the US and I speak Latin the same way you do: every letter, all hard (no soft C's and G's, etc.) I was taught Latin that way...it makes it so much easier. And to think before Latin I was learning French. Wooo! What a difference. ;P

i am pretty good, but when it comes to xenisss........ uh oh!!!
i use scientific names as a code when i talk to my friends, i go- man chromatopelma cyanopubecens are awsome, and then they dont say anything, and stare at me like i am an alien!

yeah that's the thing; hard pronounciations :) some americans have a hard time not to make all them soft round r's as well :)
