I agree with Poonjab, it looks like an impaction. It can be caused by a blockage in its intestine. But as long as you can see the scorpion pooping, then that bulge will go down on its own.
One way to help the scorpion is reduce its meals to maybe one meal a fortnight, or give it smaller prey items. I've noticed this impaction issue seems to be more common in large, bulky scorpions like heterometrus.
