What a load of BS.

35 mm Film is rated at around 45 megapixels anyway, even higher if using medium or large format equipment.
So something that can let you use 50-100 year old equipment is bs? I shoot a lot, never have a printed anything over a 4 foot by 8 foot. Which is what you would need to tell the difference between 20 and 45 megapixels. Remember professional photo printers only do 300ppi. And with AI you can add a lot of pixels.

D600 is a good camera. Find yourself a used 1:1 macro lens. Nikon, Sigma, Tamron, Tokina all good. Then you need to look into lighting and diffusing that light. -Chad

100-200 bucks isn't enough to buy a camera lens combo that's good enough for macro sadly.

For macro the lens matters more than the camera, and a good budget macro lens would be Tamron 90mm F/2.8 SP VC F017 which cost like 300 bucks used on eBay (you could get lucky and land one for 250 if you're very patient).

That's just the lens, you can expect a used camera body to be another 200 to 300 so in total I would say you'll need 500 dollars.

Btw, saw some people posted that 35mm film has a res of 45 mp. That's not correct, it's more like 20 mp for top quality 35mm film.
