I just found out one of my Scolopendromorpha species from the Philippines gave birth. :D :D Obviously some time ago as they are no longer eggs :lol:




I also found about 6 pedelings with my Lithobius species from The Netherlands

Congrates! It looks like you had to take a pic of the lithobius sp baby with a microscope! How long is that Scolopendromorpha?

Good job, Vincent!!!! It has been a while since i've seen a post from you... congratulations on the babies :). Wow, that lithobius adult has some pretty huge body segments...

i had a stoner drop a baby or two in captivity... i had lost track on the container it was in and like 6 MONTHS later i found the container... there was a single baby, about 1cm BL.... that had apparently be eating the mother. the baby lived for another 3 or 4 months before i *then* managed to bad husbandry kill it.

i much more easily believe the whole 5 years to maturity thing!
