I'm a little confused, so I thought I would ask the question here:
What is proper etiquette regarding shipping and spiderlings and such?
I was under the impression that the owner of the male is responsible for shipping the male to the owner of the female and for shipping any portion of the spiderlings back to them after a successful breeding.
The owner of the female is responsible for rearing the eggsac and seperating and care of the spiderlings while in their possession.
I know there are other pieces, but I'm really confused so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Ralph

You would think that the owner of the male would lend it out, perhaps never to see it again, in exchange for something of value. However, I fail to see any value in having to care for and get rid of hundreds of spiderlings. Please enlighten me. For non-masochists, wouldn't a stud fee make more sense?

I'd read what John says on e-spiderworld, and it seems to make the best sense to me, but I wanted to hear what everyone else is doing.
I've got a number of planned breeding projects and want to make sure I do right by the other keeper.
