I was told that B.pallidum was changed to B.verdezi, or A.pallidum; is this true? Also does anybody have any pics of one (my friend is giving me her 7 year old -GIANT- female this Sunday :D)?

What used to be Brachypelma pallidum is now Aphonopelma pallidum. There's a pretty good picture on e-spiderworld.com, under "adult females" and then click on the species name.

yes, b. pallidum is now b. verdezi.

however, the species that is now a. pallidum used to be sold as b. pallidum as well.
