Anyway, there's definitely nothing wrong with your B. emilia (which she clearly is). But I'm actually not sure whether slight colour variations could be possible with this species.
Yeah, I don't think I've ever seen any two emilia specimens that look EXACTLY the same, varying intensity of the strip down the middle of the black triangular area of the carapace (that runs from the eye cluster to the fovea) and various shades of red, although different camera settings/editing/etc. and where the individual is in its moult cycle are likely more responsible for the latter.

Has all the correct markings of an emilia.

Locale/lighting/where it is in molt cycle will all play a role in what you see!
