Brachypelma albopilosum spiderling white spots on belly?

my curly hair just recently molted, and i noticed that there are spots on its belly. they are white and round. is this the old molt blocking its book lungs? i am afraid because i think they are on the other side too. ive read about people taking the left over molt off the t's lungs, but it is still so small. sorry for the low quality picture
