I wouldnt consider the spider on the picture a sling! It has adult colorations

Aha! Now i saw that it is a female with spiderlings!! Nice!

Not for use by anyone other than you? You just posted it on a public forum and I'm pretty sure you don't have it copyrighted so technically anyone that wants can use the photo lol.

Here's a photo of my male though a couple molts before he matured.
You don't know much about U.S. Copyright law. Here's a good link: https://sarafhawkins.com/copyright-online-photo-etiquette/ Note especially the part where it says "How do I get a Copyright? Copyright is automatic upon creation of an original work of authorship. With regard to photography, with few exceptions, every image obtains its copyright upon creation.... There is often a misconception that you have to ‘do something’ to get a copyright. That is not true. And no, you don’t have to mail yourself a copy (often referred to as the “poor man’s copyright”). The current version of the Copyright Act does not require any filings to obtain a copyright."

Every photo taken by a member of this website and uploaded to it is automatically copyrighted to them with no extra work involved, simply because they took the photo. So technically you're wrong and no one can use the photo without Theneil's permission.
