Blatta Lateralis questions

Does anyone here breed Blatta Lateralis? I have a very successful Dubia colony and I was wondering if the care is basically the same. I've been doing research but I'd like to hear from a breeder. I saw things about incubating egg sacs, is that necessary? Seems like a lot of extra work. Thanks in advance!
