As i mentioned in other threads i started keeping a colony of Lucihormetica verruosa. They are basically a slower growing armored B. dubia. Absolutely unkillable by poor husbandry and quite slow. They eat everything even wood. After a year or two the wooden boards uses will look like driftwood because they slowly eat them.

Never worked with B. dubias before.
Ah ok, just curious. I live in FL, so I dont think I can have any roaches that arent native.

if you really like roaches why don't you get a more ornamental species and set them up in something viewable, you'll almost always end with excess for feedings.

I've been thinking of Halloween Hissers or Headlights. They're on the pricier side though - only seen a couple listings on eBay and it's normally about 3 adults for a tenner :confused:

Found my first egg this morning. Shame it was in the fridge and I had it for breakfast.

Just kidding… Stoked on how this journey is going to go. Didn’t expect an egg so soon.
