i havent posted any problems with him for weeks so i fail to see where problems keep popping up?

Dont worry, if you continue to keep him on your shoulder they will, its only a matter of time before reproductive issues start to occur along with more behavioral issues.

You seriously need to reevalouate you abilty to care for this bird, all the replies you are giving indicate that you really dont understand what you got yourself into.

If your going to learn here is a good book you MUST have

You should take everyone's advice while you still have two eyes to read with, keep putting that parrot on your shoulder with the dog in the house (or within earshot) and you will lose something on your face you need...I promise.

Everyone is right, no one is picking on you. Those with bird experience who've posted here can see something you don't.
