I once tried to obtain an adult H. arizonensis from them some time in the summer, but never got it. I sent them an e-mail after my order hadn't shipped after a weeks after procession, and never got an answer. They did FINALLY give me a call, though, but at that time I had forgotten about them.

Would now be a better time to to try and order from them? What is Arizona's (or whever they are) season like this time of year?

I've heard bad things about them. Just try another place or person.

The best time to order from them is never. If they have service that bad I wouldn't
even try to deal with them again. Best bet for you would be to buy from a respectable dealer.

Best time is never
I placed an order on the 9th and have not recieved ANY replys to my emails.
And I have not been refunded.
Have to wait 15+ more days for paypal to release my money.

Why on earth wouild you attempt to order from them again if they never completed your first order? Even if they do complete your first order - based on service like that why would you try to go with them again? There are plenty of good dealers out there that sell H. arizonensis at decent prices that actually deliver on their orders.

but anyways i guess whatever floats your boat man. good luck but its my experience that if someone rips you off once, they'll be more than happy to do it again.

I was just curious if they had trouble collecting specimens at different times of the year. I figured that if it's cool in my area (TN), it'd be warmer in Arizona. I'm most likely not going to attempt to order from them anyway. A disappoint really. I should've known their prices were too good to be true.:wall:

Wow, I guess they are hit or miss then. I had no problems with my order. Quick and everything. Howver, they did pack the scops in a very cheap and unorthodox fashion so it does not shock me (they were in individual zip lock bags instead of some sort of little hard plastic constainers).

How funny, they packed my scorps in hard plastic containers...
