I have. I have a small collony of Dubia and another of hissers. they seem less humidity dependent IME. I did some red runner breeding but i didn’t scale it very well, and i don’t mind just buying them to be honest.

I probably spend 40-50 dollars or so a month (i don’t really keep track though), but i am feeding a few hundred spiders of various sizes.
