Beetles!

Is it possible to keepa beetle? Like a long lived beetle? I remember reading somewhere that the sacred scarab beetles live for like 2-5years. I dont know if thats true. I always wanted a beetle of a sort. but i like the shape of these beetles

I guess I like bulky shaped beetles that are atleast 2inches long I prefer the bigger ones though. like ones that get to 3-4inches atmin. lol
any suggestions? I am really not the smartest when it comes to insects. but I doknow some factoids. I guess Iam trying to learn little by little

I never seen one here. Also.
I know these arent beetles. But whats a better choice for me?
From this list(not in order):
Giant Rhyno beetle, Giant burrowing roach(from aussie), Giant Millipede?

Idk which one i want. I want an insect that lasts quite a bit. Longer than a year or two.
I love how the giant burrowing roach has these small antenae and I love how it has a domed body thats very high and it can't fly. I do not want something that will fly. I will probably freak out and smack it out of fear. I know myself to know that even if the animal is harmless I get frightened by certain sounds and large flying insects.
