that's a rough fungus beetle(cypherotylus asperus) they feed on pollen,nectar,and ofcourse fungus,very cool beetle!

THANKS Beetleman. I have seen alot of copulation. Now I wonder if they will lay any eggs....:?

hopefully they will lay some,the grubs also feed on fungus,good luck with them
