Lots of reasons why this is a bad idea.
For one, they're wild animals, meaning they could be carrying parasites or pesticide and transfer that right to your T.
Also, female carpenter bees can sting your T and that could prove fatal depending on the spider's size. There's just no reason to risk it when we have access to a plethora of farmed and/or captive bred insects from crickets to worms to beetle larvae to roaches and even things like grasshoppers and locusts depending on the time and place. Like I don't see what nutrients a bee would offer that these much juicier and healthier options lack.
