Haven't seen that before...

Man that's nasty! Ouch! I have to say that's a new one on me. I've seen them molt and have a crusty spot but not even close to that. Kelly has probably seen it or at least heard of what it might be I'll ask him next time we're talking.

I'm very sorry to hear of your losses. It is always hard to deal with the loss of a pet and it sounds as if the animals that passed on were very dear.
