I saw these when I was in the garden the other day. Adorable. I did NOT touch them, I just took some pictures.

Jake, Interesting, what species? They appear to be emberizids, possibly cardinalid buntings of some sort. I'm not well-rounded on nests and altricial young of various passerines.

I have no clue. I dont know very much about birds. There are always little birds on the fence around the garden. The best description that I can give is that they are small, and grayish. Probably doesnt give you much, but thats the best that I can do. The two babies are laying on another egg as well.

Jake, If you had one of an adult I could give ya a quick and accurate id. Most of the passerines here have been long through with nesting, although there are typically still a few here and there. Thanks for sharing.
