B. Vagans Flipped

My B. Vagans just flipped looks like its time for the molt.
I hope she is successful at it.

I was wondering what size is your vagan and did it flip at the surface or in a burrow.

Molting Update

Well its about 2 hours after i saw her flip and she has partially emerged from the old exo skelton, she looks like she is doing okay.

Im kinda concerned because she build her molt pad in a rather tight spot in the aquarium, on the other side of the Water dish in the far left corner of the tank that i never expected her to use :?

she is/was about 6" before the molt. The largest spider i have.

Hopefully the exo will remain intact and i can get an acurate measurment.

I've had sevral tarantulas molt in tight corners with no problems. You shouldn't be to worried I'm sure everything will be fine. Good luck to you and your B. vegans

Molt was a success

I removed the exoskeleton at about 10am this morning, unfortunetly it was more inside out and broken then anything.
