B.Smithi Swollen Book Lung

Hey, Just notice that my female B.Smithi has really big lower book lungs. Both of them are very white and are huge
anybody tell me what this is

How big is that female? With my females they do the same thing when they are bigger, to the point where they almost wrap around some and can be seen when looking at the T from the top. Its normal.
