Az desert spider ID. Dangerous?

These spiders were found in Buckeye. There are 2 males (they have boxing gloves) and 3 females. Are they dangerous? I have seen a couple brown recluses before and these don't look anything like them.

I think this is Homalonychus... very little is known about them, but I suspect they are harmless.
