avicularia urticans questions

i have the oppurtunity to get an avicularia urticans female,but i have some questions first.first of all,how different do they look other than size?how cool are they?and can they survive at 70-75 degrees F?thanks!any other info on them owould be helpful.

As the name suggests they are very hairy, but IMO not very attractive, a sort of brown colour
