Hi guys and gals, quite new to the hobby and looking at getting an A Avicularia. What does it mean when breeders say it's large form?
A. avic morphtype #2 is Ex. A. braunshauseni, which is supposed to be the largest Avic I believe of the Avic genus. But how big does A. avic morphtype #6 grow? I thought they were average sized avics.I believe #6 and #2 are the largest.
6 was metallica...females can reach the 6"+ rangeA. avic morphtype #2 is Ex. A. braunshauseni, which is supposed to be the largest Avic I believe of the Avic genus. But how big does A. avic morphtype #6 grow? I thought they were average sized avics.
Marketing guff, it'll be a bog-standard A. avicularia (morphotype #1)What does it mean when breeders say it's large form?
A. variegata get to a similar size, if not bigger IIRC.A. avic morphtype #2 is Ex. A. braunshauseni, which is supposed to be the largest Avic I believe of the Avic genus.
If they are in hiding most of the time, i don’t know what size will change. I like the a minatrix. That is what i am thinking. Just a shame they hide that much. Such a gorgeous spider.$$$ Size Sells $$$
Avic sp braunshauseni commonly "Goliath Pink toe" / Avic avic M2 commonly called - "Tucurui Goliath"
Avic avic M6 commonly called - "Giant Metallic Blue"
