That's half right ;) They are still in the Selenocosmia, but "some" are going to be placed into the Phlogius. The Phlogius are not valid in Schmidt's definition either, waiting for Raven to correct the situation and fix Schmidt's mistakes on the genus. An example is Schmidt's placement of S.stirlingi also into the Phlogius, no way in hell is that animal a Phlogius, so Schmidt's definitions are clearly and easily shown to be all wrong.
