Half-banded centipede (Scolopendra morsitans), this colour form is from near Darwin, Northern Territory Australia and features the typical Australian morsitans colour pattern on half of the body, but the other half of the body lacks bands and is a beautiful red colour

The most common and widespread centipede in southern Australia, Cormocephalus aurantiipes. This one is from Perth, Western Australia and features blue and orange legs, but those from other states have entirely orange legs
