I am SO damn excited to FINALLY have a T. gigas.. I'll be surprised if I don't carry him around in my pocket for a week

I know what you mean! That'll be me when I get one someday also (fingers crossed for a female of course for you).

I was surprised how calm the T. gigas was when I unpacked him.. he never once darted anywhere, just sort of dallied along.

Were you bummed you didn't get to see its lightning fast speed right away? Lol, J/k.

I actually wouldn't mind too much if the T. gigas ended up male.. I could always loan'em out and get slings back, and since I'm raisin' him up I'll have a good amount of time with him either way

I felt silly! I was all prepared for him to dart all over the place.. so I had a catch cup, net, etc. all set out and ready... and he just WALKED around while I was moving him from one thing to another and takin' pictures LOL

I hear ya bout the baboons! I can't get enough Pterinochilus, and I am lookin' into a few other baboons now too lol
