I've got about 45 or so P. biguttatus ova in a small ventilated cup with sand/cocofiber mixture, which I moisten whenever it dries out. Though I think I read somewhere that they hatch faster if they get a chance to dry out for a while before being incubated, and sure enough I've been removing eggs from the adult enclosure immediately and it's been a long time (nearly 2 months by now?) since my female started laying eggs and only 3 have hatched.
