I figured that she would be close to a molt because she has grown about 30 percent since I got her. She probably would not even fit into her cup she came in.

I agree with @ScorpionObsession on this one @MissCeleste , that appears to be fertilizer in the substrate in the picture you posted and if it is then you need to remove that scorpion ASAP and replace the substrate with safe substrate.I hope there isn't fertilizer in that dirt you used, as I'm pretty sure fertilizer is toxic to scorpions!
I have to agree with this statement. I'd love to have scorpions running around in my house and backyard .... (Except for the 1's in my closet that escaped )@The Snark I wish I had awesome scorpions like that just casually strolling around my back yard at night >_>
