Well today I decided to pick the little guy up. It started the same roll in a ball, strike and run technique. I ran my fingers down his back to calm him down and just picked him up. He seemed very scared for about a minute but then wrapped himself around my hand. This is a start at least. I held him for about 10 minutes and returned him to his home. He then ran quickly into his hide. Thanx all for your help.

Update: I picked him up two more times for about 5-10 minutes (couldnt resist). It really seems like the snake relaxed a bit. He didnt even roll into a ball or strike this time. The first time I picked him up, my hand was dripping in musk, the other two there was barely any. I think all he needed was a few weeks to settle down. He is still nuts, fast and still runs away from me but at least he doesnt see me as a predator anymore. Maybe he just smelled my fear of tiny little sharp teeth...LMAO :p
