Are these fertile?

I went in my basement earlier to do some laundry and I came across these egg sacks, I know I should've probably left them where they were, but I was curious to ask you guys if these look fertile or if they already hatched out. Pictures below:

imo they look hatched.

Hatched and long gone, spider looks sorta like a Steatoda... just a guess
